goals and resolutions don’t intimidate me anymore.  last year i set two goals…quit smoking and lose weight.  in the last year i have lost over 70 pounds and i’ve successfully quit smoking.  so i KNOW i can change whatever i want to change.  i actually enjoy setting and reaching goals now, something i hadn’t ever really done.  i’m not going to set a TON of goals or make 25 resolutions…that is when i get overwhelmed and just give up.  i’m going to keep it short and simple, and set mini-goals along the way…

my official goals and resolutions for 2010 ~

**i want to have more patience, with everyone involved in my life…

**i want to lose the last 50 pounds to get to my goal weight…i would like to do this by summer…

**i would really like to spend more time with my kids, just one on one quality time away from the tv…

**i want to do a 5k…

so there are my goals for the year…to be met…that will be met….have you made your resolutions yet?

i hate stressful days…days that i cant change a single thing about…when i have no control over other peoples feelings and actions…i hate this feeling…and most of all i hate the fact that it could possibly effect my kids down the road…i see another sleepless night ahead…

joeys dr appointment went well today.  they took his stitches out and put an air cast on it.  he goes back in three weeks and hopefully will then be able to actually walk without any cast…he has had a cast of some type on since september, poor kid.

i am so happy to be off for the next four days…you have no idea…
