i ♥ today

hello gorgeous thursday…wanna know WHY your so beautiful to me?  yeah, because you are my FRIDAY!!!  yes, doesn’t get better than that.  AND monday off as well, oh that is almost too much…

joey has his first scrimmage tonight so we are heading there as soon as i get home…and you KNOW i’ll probably take tons of pics (and then it will take me forEVER to get them loaded on here, i know)…after his game we are hurrying home to finish our packing for our weekend trip…up and out of the house by 6:30 tomorrow morning and I CANT WAIT!

the kids both had a wonderful first day of school.  miss jade is soooo happy with the teacher she got.  and double happy that her bestie vanessa moved back to her school this year.  she thinks it’s going to be an AWESOME year (which makes her mama pretty happy)…

joey is just happy that he has a locker that works this year…and he has a few new fav teachers…i’m sure he’ll do fine this year, he always seems to…

so i’m off…finish up my work here and get ready to scream for my boy at the game

first day…

so today was the first day of school…i can’t believe my boy is in 8th grade (or that he is 6 ft tall)…i’m sure he’ll do just fine today… 
and miss jade, this is her last year of elementary school…kinda makes me sad…she is sooo excited to be in class with her friends AND is again determined to do well so she can keep her cell phone.
and tonight starts our exercise class back up again, YES!  i know, i’m a freak but i so so sooooo love it.  i’m going to be teaching zumba every monday and wednesday and it should be sooo fun…we have such a great group of girls that go to class, so excited!!!
i also have a half bushel of hot peppers to can tonight, either before or after exercise class…i’m soooo thankful that joe is going to have them all cut up for me, that is such a huge help!  i spent most of last weekend canning…spaghetti sauce, hot pepper mustard and pepper jelly…
i owe a weight loss post for this month…i remembered it this morning but didn’t have time for a pic…i’ll try to get it done before the weekend.
