don’t throw me down clark

last night we did our annual tradition of making gingerbread houses.  every year i forget what a pain in the patootie it is to hold those sides + roof on there while waiting for the icing to get hard.  and as usual, it was filled with crazy laughter, candy eating and piping icing straight into the littles + animals mouths. 
after holding her house together 45 times, i finally gave up.  
ravens eyes make me laugh, hard.  she loved loved the icing.
yep, straight into the dogs mouth.

meal planning monday

monday – bbq chicken meatballs, baked potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts

tuesday – goulash made with sweet sausage

wednesday – crockpot corn chowder…sounds amazing, right?  can’t WAIT to try it!

thursday – chicken spiedies, baked potatoes and homemade biscuits

friday – shopping day, grabbing something quick on the way home

saturday – date night 🙂

sunday – bbq chicken, cheesy potatoes and garlic crescent rolls (for the crescent rolls i use the low fat ones and sprinkle them with garlic powder before i roll them up…my fam loves them)
