guess what i have to share?

oh YES…layout lovins!!! how stinkin long has it been since i scrapped just to scrap…and that i had layouts to share here? sooooo excited about that. i needed to take some time last night to just veg and turn my brain off…and scrap therapy is GREAT for that!!!

the top one is my fav i think…i just pulled out my paints and went to town on it. i realized i really miss painting and getting all messy. so expect to see more of that on my layouts :)i dont have an update on joe’s mom today but i just talked to my mom and she said my grandma is doing a little better today!!! what a relief that is, totally! thanks for your prayers.out for now~kisses

snow…and more snow

i’m sooooo totally sick of snow…and ice…and sleet. we are in the midst of a storm containing all three…and the roads should be nice and crappy for my ride home. great, just what i love

grandma has been moved from the hospital to a nursing home (ridgeview) that has a great therapy department. she is doing ok, her speech has now completely left her. she tries once in a while to talk but most of the time she just doesn’t talk. she will shake her head a little yes and no to answer your questions but that’s about it. hopefully they can get her on the road to recovery.

and yesterday joe’s mom had another stroke. when it rains it pours right? from what joe’s brother said she is doing good and is basically the same as she was before the stroke. hopefully these strokes all just go away and never come back.

to top yesterday off, as if i didn’t have enough on my plate, my washing machine took a big SHIT. it died and now i have to be on the look for a new one at some point. stupid damn thing anyways

welcome 2009…is this a bad sign?

So yeah, I haven’t blogged in forever – sorry about that! Let me get you up to speed

First of all our Christmas rocked! Jade got her DS she wanted and Joey got the guitar hero he wanted. Lots of jamming on the guitar hero going on at our house! Mama likes

Papa was with us from Christmas eve until monday and the kids loved that! That also means Joe and I had a date night

On new years day we woke up to find my grandma.- who lives with my parents right beside us – had a stroke. She is in the hospital but is doing well. Is it a bad sign when your year starts off like that?
