tgif…for reals…

i am soooo excited that it’s friday…we are on our way to altoona tonight…i have to go to ac moore and get some supplies then off to get groceries…it will just be SO NICE to get out of the house and do a little shopping…LOVE shopping!!!
saturday joe and joey are going with some other guys from the church to help put a new porch on for a woman that goes to our church. jade and i are totally going to have a girls morning…i am taking her out for breakfast and then we are coming home to spend the rest of the morning just creating…i told her she could paint which is like the best thing EVER in her book!!! tomorrow afternoon then we have a birthday party for joe’s mom.
sunday after church i’m doing a photoshoot for jen keith…she needs some pics to scrap with next weekend. i believe she told me she is going to a donna downey class. hopefully it’s nice that day!!!
and HERE IS THE SURPRISE i’ve been gushing over…well kinda…the actual post wont come until monday. but i’m totally stoked to be the guest designer over there!!!

good morning starshine…

geesh it comes to the end of the month and i’m slacking on my blogging…i had full intentions of blogging every day this month, you see how well that went, lol…i wanted to make sure i didn’t get in trouble again from aunt vi for not updating often enough (smile) right aunt vi? LOVE YA!

sunday we had such a great day…we went to church then when we got home we went straight to get the 4-wheelers out…rode on them over to the dam inn for lunch…and then just went on a loooong ride the rest of the day. we went and saw the old train tunnels (which jade loved!), we went and walked around an old cemetary and stopped and had a little break later on. it was totally dusty and i was FILTHY, like seriously disgusting, but i loved every second of it! when we got home we all went for a walk then, which was nice. and in the evening after the kids went to bed i got some scrapping done…is that the PERFECT day or what?!?!

the weather here has been soooooo awesome…it’s been in the 80’s or 90’s since friday! i’m so ready for summer…this winter felt like it was years long, it was a terrible winter! bring on the heat!!!

i should have my “surprise” up here at my little bloggie sometime this evening…if not then first thing tomorrow morning.

i took this pic last night while joey and i were out for our walk/run. we did 3 miles last night and it felt GOOD! i totally want to be able to do a 5k by next summer (2010)!!!

oh oh lovely day…

Today was a gorgeous day here…I think spring is finally here! I am SO ready for warm, sunny weather. I didn’t get to spend much time outside today as I cleaned my entire house today BUT I did get to hang my sheets out. Ya’all know that’s my fav thing.

We are getting ready to go grab pizzas and then hang out this evening with some other couples from church. We always have such a good time.

Watch tomorrow for some new pictures from a mini photoshoot today.
