meal planning monday

monday – i’m not quite feeling up to par so tonight is leftovers, easy peasy…

tuesday – mozzarella stuffed meatballs with spaghetti and garlic bread…i’m going to use extra lean ground beef and do my best to find fat free mozzarella…

wednesday – smart ones for me, hot pockets for everyone else…

thursday – chili…joe requested it a few weeks back and i never made it…

friday – fish and baked potatoes, easy and healthy =)

saturday – homemade stromboli and breadsticks…i will be having buffalo chicken stromboli while i’m sure the rest of the fam will stick with a more traditional…THIS will be a meal everyone loves…

sunday – out to dinner with my fam

i am soooooo thankful it’s the weekend!!! after the last few weeks i’ve had i’m just worn out, absolutely worn out. now that i’m settled at work it will be soooo nice to just have a relaxing weekend with my sweet fam.

sorry for the crapish cell phone pic, i took it two days ago…i had big intentions of coming home last night and taking my march weight loss pics before we went to the school play but that didn’t happen…so this pic is the best i can do…

this month i lost 4 more pounds…not an extreme amount but at this point it just doesn’t come off as easily…i’m proud of it, i own it and i busted my butt for every ounce of it…

i’m still in absolute love love love with weight watchers…again, if i had known it was this easy and great i would have started it at the beginning of my journey…i’m thinking weight watchers might just be something i adapt for the rest of my life…i know once i get to my goal weight i could stay there if i use WW…

i haven’t been going to the gym much in the mornings…i had sleep issues this month and just honestly had NO desire to get up at 4:20 am…no desire at all…i continued to teach zumba class twice a week and the fam and i started walking…it feels sooooooo good to be outside and be able to go on long walks!

so i can say i’m very happy with this month and i am hoping to see the same or better next month.

hello april…

can you please please please bring warm weather with you? i’m so ready for warmth and sun…i am completely over snow…

april fools day…always has me feeling a little on edge. and how brave am i to get my hair colored TODAY of all days…

i read back over my blog and found this from two years ago…and reading it made me laugh SUPER hard…until jade did the same thing to ME this morning, lol…

this morning jade decided to “trick” her dad by taking all the shampoo and soap out of the shower. guess how happy he was at 5:30 a.m. to have to go search for where she hid it before bed? oh yes, i laid in bed..pretended to be sleeping..laughing to myself..

the other night it was absolutely gorgeous, well minus the fact that it was only 40 out…the fam and i went on a walk and it was soooooo nice…joe and i took our cameras along, one of my fav things to do on a walk…the sunlight was perfect!!!

i think this is a super cute pic of miss jade (in her new glasses)…i think she looks so good in glasses, just like she’s always had them…

i LOVE where i live…and this shows exactly why…

so i asked jade to take a pic of joey and i…i could tell from the way she was laughing like a freak (and couldn’t hold the camera still) that i was the only one smiling nicely…
