{semi} wordless wednesday
spring is coming =)
which means one thing…it’s time to get the 4-wheelers out!! one of our FAV summer activities as a family. we’ve had some nice “teaser” days and we’ve taken advantage of them. the kids are soooooo itchin’ to go on a long ride.
this pic makes me laugh, hard…it’s all my face and joe’s beard…i kinda love that his beard looks bigger than my entire face…

meal planning monday
monday – fish and baked potatoes, easy and super healthy =)
tuesday – taco pasta…made with extra lean ground beef, whole wheat pasta and fat free cheese (carried over from last week)
wednesday – “fend for yourself” night…i will be having a lean cuisine dinner, not sure what everyone else is going to have…
thursday – roast, mashed potatoes, gravey and veggies…
friday – subway, woohoo…
saturday – out to dinner with the fam
sunday – beer can baked chicken, parsley potatoes, veggies and rolls…YUM!
