i don’t think you will ever fully realize (or care) just how much you’ve hurt me, time after time…mostly recently with your horribly vicious words personally attacking me and my work…i should have known years ago when you said you didn’t ever want to meet me that our relationship would never amount to much…and honestly, i’m okay with that…i guess i realize now that from that moment on i never really fully trusted you and never really let you in…it’s okay though, really…and you helped me realize yet again just what an amazing family i was raised in!

boy, this one has really been hard for me…when i think of bad habit i think of smoking, drinking or doing drugs and i don’t participate in any of those…so i had to do some searching

then i thought of my mouth and how i certainly don’t have a problem telling people how i feel, ever…but it says a habit you “wish you didn’t have” and i kinda like that part of me…in fact i really like it…

still searching i went through every bad habit i could think of and finally it came to me…WORRYING…i worry + stress way too much about things i normally can’t even control…i need to learn to relax, enjoy the here and now and let God worry about the future for me…no sense in giving it to him in prayer then taking it back to worry…
