boy, this one has really been hard for me…when i think of bad habit i think of smoking, drinking or doing drugs and i don’t participate in any of those…so i had to do some searching
then i thought of my mouth and how i certainly don’t have a problem telling people how i feel, ever…but it says a habit you “wish you didn’t have” and i kinda like that part of me…in fact i really like it…
still searching i went through every bad habit i could think of and finally it came to me…WORRYING…i worry + stress way too much about things i normally can’t even control…i need to learn to relax, enjoy the here and now and let God worry about the future for me…no sense in giving it to him in prayer then taking it back to worry…
