i’m in love with this tuesday…here is why…

* the sun
is SHINING
* dinner is already planned + prepped
* 19 kids and counting finale tonight

super loving having my husband home in the evenings
* fun weekend

* amazed + blessed at how gypsy tree has grown

meal planning monday

monday – chicken and dumplings…one of my own personal
FAV winter meals…and i love how easy it is! i use a rotisserie chicken bought
from the grocery store and that makes it easy peasy. (carried over from last week)

tuesday – chicken
gyros…can’t WAIT to try this one! (carried over from last week)

wednesday – hot sausage sammys (for joe and the littles) and a fat free cheese and chicken
quesedilla for me…

thursday – impossible
cheeseburger pie…easiest recipe ever, seriously…and everyone likes it,
which is a big plus!

friday – homemade sausage gravy and biscuits…my
husbands FAV meal EVER…

saturday – central pizza with mi familia

sunday – joes famous bbq ribs (thank you leyo’s for your ridiculous sale on ribs), cheesy
potatoes and ranch
bread…can’t hardly wait for this comfort packed meal!!!

oh sundays…lazy
sundays…sundays ARE my fav, especially when i have the next day  (or week) off

after church (my #1 fav thing about sunday) we are going to have an amazingly yummy lunch.  i love, love, love cooking big sunday meals, reminds me of my childhood.  today we are having burgers and hotdogs on the grill and the best baked potato salad ever.  can’t wait for all that yummyness.
 
so super excited to head back to church tonight to see the movie courageous.  if you haven’t saw the movie yet, i encourage you to come on over and watch it with us.
