monday – chicken and dumplings…one of my own personal
FAV winter meals…and i love how easy it is! i use a rotisserie chicken bought
from the grocery store and that makes it easy peasy. (carried over from last week)

tuesday – chicken
gyros…can’t WAIT to try this one! (carried over from last week)

wednesday – hot sausage sammys (for joe and the littles) and a fat free cheese and chicken
quesedilla for me…

thursday – impossible
cheeseburger pie…easiest recipe ever, seriously…and everyone likes it,
which is a big plus!

friday – homemade sausage gravy and biscuits…my
husbands FAV meal EVER…

saturday – central pizza with mi familia

sunday – joes famous bbq ribs (thank you leyo’s for your ridiculous sale on ribs), cheesy
potatoes and ranch
bread…can’t hardly wait for this comfort packed meal!!!

i can’t believe two years have gone by since we’ve seen your smile or heard your laugh, how is that possible…you are so so often in our thoughts…so many times we say “remember when meme said” or “joe, do you know how mad that would make your mother” (this would be me reminding him to stay in line, ya know, just like you always did)…

these three boys of yours, they are pretty amazing men (because that’s how you raised them, of course)…

one thing they will always have in common, they sure did love and respect their Mother…
