happy birthday princess…

how is it possible that this pretty girl is turning 13 today…happy birthday
princess…the years just seem to fly by, it seems like only yesterday i was holding her in my arms for the first time…

some random facts about my youngest
little…

* she has the
biggest heart ever, EVER
* she says the absolute funniest, random things without even knowing it
* she loves art and self
expression
* she isn’t a fan of
thunderstorms at ALL
* she can learn the lyrics to a song by hearing it once
* she is an animal
FREAK and would bring every.single.stray. home if i would let
her
* sometimes she acts JUST like her
mama
* she hates cleaning her
room (can.NOT. stress the word hate enough)
* she is one of the only kids i know
that just doesn’t really care for pizza…i know,
right…crazyness
* i’m totally proud of be her
mama

friend·ship – the emotions or conduct of friends; the state of being friends.  

a relationship between friends

friends…they
come in all shapes and sizes.  some offer
a shoulder to cry on.  some offer the
laughter you need on a dark day.  some have
huge hearts.  some give you the honest
truth, whether you want to hear it or not.  one friend may bring you dinner while you are sick while another prays
for you to heal.  our girls hug us,
compliment us, watch our kids, send us birthday cards and call us to catch up
on life.  true friendships are a gift
from God.  they are the cherry on top of the
ice cream sundae of life.  friends inspire
us and enrich our lives.  they simply do
life alongside us.
to have
good friends you must be a good friend to others.  i’ve always tried my hardest to be the best,
most loyal friend someone could have.  i want
to show my friends just how very much i value them.  there are certain qualities that promote deep
and lasting friendships.  honesty and
loyalty set the foundation for friendship that can last a lifetime.  my best friends are people I can trust and I
want them to know they can trust me too.  you also need patience, kindness and a sense of humor to develop a
lasting friendship. 
praise God for friendship!  it’s one of the true riches we can
have in this life.  and boy, am I
a millionaire in this department.  i’m so very thankful for friendships.  and when God
is in control of our friendships and we trust them to Him, we will be a better
friend and we will have more true friends.

to visit a specialist in cleveland and see what she can tell us about my health issues.  hoping for lots of answer and some peace of mind  🙂  prayers would totally be appreciated

we are then taking miss jade to a museum for her birthday.  that is allllllll she has asked to do for her birthday for months.  hopefully this museum doesn’t disappoint.
