i super adore this song by rascal flatts.  it just explains so much of my life and i can just relate to it perfectly.

God said it’s okay

to be tenderhearted

to be gentle
to be loving
to be touched
to be mushy
to be emotional

to be compassionate
to be submissive
to be beautiful
to be sensitive
to be wishy washy
to be vulnerable
to be affected
to be kind
to be forgiving

God gave women these emotions for a reason. He built us this way. if your emotions, whether it be sadness or joy, are strong enough to bring tears from your eyes then they don’t deserve to be stifled. we are all built so differently that one persons reactions should never be compared to another. and i feel every home needs a tenderhearted woman in the center of it.
