i AM a QUEEN…

hey hey ya’all…geesh, do i suck at blogging or WHAT…summer is busy and good times for us…we have activities basically every weekend going on.

so what have i been up to…creating, my fav thing! i’ve been hitting up some challenge blogs and loving the inspiration from them. here is a lo i did for the “art is found” challenge blog…the challenge was to use pics from a magazine…

and there are some awesome challenges up at tally right now (as always)…that place is SO full of inspiration it’s crazy…plus all the girls there are super sweet…it’s like my home away from home…love it!!! here is a lo i did for there, a challenge called “happiness is”…

we have a pretty fun weekend coming our way…saturday is my family reunion which is always GOOD TIMES…this year bec and kaya are going with us so it will be crazy good times…nothing better than spending a day surrounded by family and friends (and good food)…perfection!

we are coming up on it being a year since joe left…can you even believe that?!?! i think back to what my life was like a year ago and it’s just something, i almost can’t comprehend it…but thankfully it was only for 3 months (although it seemed like forever)…and during those 3 months we grew as individuals which made us able to come back together as a couple, stronger and more in love than ever.

i have been in a scrapping fury this week…lovin’ up the artness…and making tons of cute projects! wanna see????

i actually made (and completed) a mini!!! normally, i start a mini and get A.D.D. half way through it and just never finish it. this one, i totally ::heart:: and love how it turned out! it is for the *kara jack* over at scrapjacked…
and this is a canvas i made inpired by **amelie**…the colors just make me so happy
lastly, this is joe’s fathers day present from the kids and i…the quote on it says “you will always hold their hearts”…and they each put a handprint on it…i framed it and it’s hanging in our computer room

i’ve been gone…

for what seems like forever…guess i got all caught up in summer 🙂 i’m totally loving the kids being home, joe being able to be home with them and just plain ole’ summer fun!
