monday…monday…

and oh what a monday it is…a rainy monday too 🙁 i really do wish mondays felt half as good as fridays do…

i also totally forgot that i have running to do tonight, so much for a nice relaxing evening at home…i have to have joey back at the school at 5:45 (dressed in his best) for a meeting with the school board…some type of contest thing (he is on student council)…ugh, i hope it doesn’t last all evening…i was hoping to finish painting my bathroom…guess that will have to wait till tomorrow night…

i didn’t do a single bit of scrapping this weekend, which makes me sad…i usually stay up late friday nights and scrap but by the time we got home from our friends house this past friday night i was just whooped…although we did have a total good time at their house 🙂

sunny day…sweepin the clouds away…

Oh today was gorgeous!!! Such an awesome day. I got up bright and early and started my pond. Everything went smoothly and as planned with that. I now have a fresh, clean pond. I found that my fish have had two sets of babies, perhaps fall and spring…tons of baby fish! Plus 5 frogs and 2 salamanders.

Tomorrow is church then some house cleaning. Then I’m totally going to just veg. Maybe get the 4 wheelers out.

it’s friday…flippin sweet…

oh friday, how i love you…sunny, warm friday…filled with laughs and chinese food…and friday when the first capri’s of summer are worn…with flip flops so i can sit at my desk all day bare foot…oh friday of payday…you, my dear sweet friend, are my favorite of all fridays in history…

tonight the kids are going bowling with the church and joe and i are heading to gary and amys house…to just hang out and eat, lol…time spent with friends is the BEST!!!

tomorrow i am planning on hanging TONS of laundry on the line and starting a huge project…the ripping apart of my pond. the liner has a hole in it sooooo i have to empty it, move all the rocks, take all the fish/frogs/salamanders out and replace the liner. that should take about all day long i’d say. BUT tomorrow is suppose to be really nice and warm, YES!

i also have some kinda sad news…one of my besties here at work, chris, is leaving here. his last day is next friday and then he is moving south to mississippi with his wife and kids. although i’m happy for him i’m totally sad that he is leaving us. he is one of THE funniest people here. and he totally gets beckys and my sense of humor (not many do). totally sad, and i already know i’m going to cry like a freak.
