goals and resolutions don’t intimidate me anymore.  last year i set two goals…quit smoking and lose weight.  in the last year i have lost over 70 pounds and i’ve successfully quit smoking.  so i KNOW i can change whatever i want to change.  i actually enjoy setting and reaching goals now, something i hadn’t ever really done.  i’m not going to set a TON of goals or make 25 resolutions…that is when i get overwhelmed and just give up.  i’m going to keep it short and simple, and set mini-goals along the way…

my official goals and resolutions for 2010 ~

**i want to have more patience, with everyone involved in my life…

**i want to lose the last 50 pounds to get to my goal weight…i would like to do this by summer…

**i would really like to spend more time with my kids, just one on one quality time away from the tv…

**i want to do a 5k…

so there are my goals for the year…to be met…that will be met….have you made your resolutions yet?
