wow, did march ever fly by…i can’t believe it’s already time for the april weight loss post!!!

this month i lost 6 pounds…again, it’s not a crazy high number BUT it’s better than gaining.  and i can see my body (especially my arms) toning up more now.  i’m still working at it every single day and finding that i actually ENJOY exercise…and i kinda like sweating…and i REALLY like being sore the next day because it lets me know something is working…weird, huh…two years ago i never would have imagined being able to make those statements!
