hello april…

can you please please please bring warm weather with you?  i’m so ready for warmth and sun…i am completely over snow…

april fools day…always has me feeling a little on edge.  and how brave am i to get my hair colored TODAY of all days…

i read back over my blog and found this from two years ago…and reading it made me laugh SUPER hard…until jade did the same thing to ME this morning, lol…

this morning jade decided to “trick” her dad by taking all the shampoo and soap out of the shower. guess how happy he was at 5:30 a.m. to have to go search for where she hid it before bed? oh yes, i laid in bed..pretended to be sleeping..laughing to myself..

the other night it was absolutely gorgeous, well minus the fact that it was only 40 out…the fam and i went on a walk and it was soooooo nice…joe and i took our cameras along, one of my fav things to do on a walk…the sunlight was perfect!!!

i think this is a super cute pic of miss jade (in her new glasses)…i think she looks so good in glasses, just like she’s always had them…
i LOVE where i live…and this shows exactly why…  
so i asked jade to take a pic of joey and i…i could tell from the way she was laughing like a freak (and couldn’t hold the camera still) that i was the only one smiling nicely… 
so i thought i would join in on the silly pics, but this time joey decided to smile nice…figures 
and then i begged and pleaded for a nice one and he agreed…but, again, not so much… 
by this point i knew there was noooooo point in trying to get a serious pic…if you can’t beat em, join em…

i love myself
no matter what, fat or thin, i love who i am

i might not be the skinniest person out there
but i’ve NEVER gave up
i refuse to spend my days filled with worry anymore
i trust myself
and i have confidence in my abilities
i am truthful with myself
i love the peace i feel inside
i am thankful for everything i have in my life
every single day i live and love is a complete joy
i love and accept myself completely and unconditionally
i am super excited about my {new} self, my path and my life
and i am very thankful the Lord has stood beside me
every step of the way
