monday – breakfast for dinner, pancakes and sausage…
tuesday – chicken and biscuit casserole
wednesday – hobo bean soup …i love this soup (the oldest little does NOT, he isn’t a lover of beans)…it’s packed full of fiber and isn’t bad on the diet…i cut the sugar amounts in half (to also be easier on the diet) and i didn’t add bacon to it.
thursday – chicken fingers and seasoned curly fries baked in the oven, simple and easy…
friday – hamburgers and baked potato salad
saturday – pizza and movie night with my fam
sunday – mississippi roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and homemade bread
