today is a crazy busy day…i’m running to altoona early this morning then home to spend some time cooking…i’m making lots of meals to freeze so that once my surgery is done, joe and the littles will just have to pop them in either the microwave or oven…it will make their lives much easier 🙂 i’ve already froze chili, bacon cheeseburger soup, plain browned hamburg for spaghetti, hot sausage with sauce, lasagna soup and stuffed peppers. i still need to make lasagna, taco meat, tater tot casserole, meatloaf, twice baked potatoes, smothered pork chops and chicken stuffed shells. my house is going to smell incredible 🙂 then i’m off to a shoot late this afternoon in clearfield, looks like it’s going to be a GORGE fall day! after the shoot i’m scurrying to the football field to watch my little girl cheer.
