meal planning monday

monday – frito chili pie…can’t WAIT to try that one!

tuesday – stuffed peppers (made last fall and frozen) and mashed potatoes

wednesday – chicken stuffed shells at the request of miss jade, it’s her fav

thursday – leftovers, hopefully

friday – tacos, yellow rice and mexican corn cake…

saturday – meat pie (at the request of  my love)

sunday – bbq chicken, twice baked potatoes and rolls…
