after much thought i’ve finally decided on my “one little word” for 2012.
breathe.
breathe deeper, see clearer and slow down.
breathe in, be calm and not uptight.
breathe in the positive, breathe out the negative.
breathe in and out when i workout and empty my mind.
breathe in the amazing smells God created for us to enjoy.
breathe in and out, letting go of anger.
breathe slowly and enjoy every single moment i’m given.
breathe in courage, breathe out weakness.
