SAUCE & MORE SAUCE

It’s here, canning season. Which means my weekends are spent canning spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, pizza sauce…….LOTS of SAUCE! Today I am doing my first batch of spaghetti sauce, it’s almost ready to put in the jars. I actually dont mind canning, it’s nice that at the end of the day you can actually SEE what you did. Another reason I dont mind canning…..Fall is just around the corner! I LOVE FALL, it’s my absolute favorite season. The kids start school Wednesday which means I can start putting out fall decorations then. I make myself wait atleast until they start school ::sigh:: love every single thing about autumn.
