hey ya’all…friday was the kids halloween parade at school. i decided this year since pepper had such an awesome rockin’ costume that i would take him with me. of course he rocked out the bee costume hard…love the anteneas…and just fyi..the dog took a big poop in the school while i was putting jades costume on her. the kids thought it was soooooooo funny that the dog pooped on the floor. i, on the other hand, did NOT…
and here is miss jade sporting the same big ole’ strawberry costume i wore 25 years ago. isn’t it crazy how well this costume held up? my mom made me this when i was 8, the exact same age as jade is now. she just looked sooooooo cute…and it was soooo original!

saturday night jade was determined to go through a haunted house with her dad. she was soooo excited to go. well, they went…half way through jade told the guide she was pretty sure she was going to vomit so they were escorted out. bless her heart, she felt so bad. but at least she tried.and my baby boy…my little sweetie…has officially grown up. this week he has a full social schedule that does NOT involve mama 🙁 so sad…wednesday night he is trick or treating with his friends…that also makes me sad. it was always something we did together as a fam. friday night he has a bonfire at a girls house (total eye roll on this one) and saturday night is roller skating with the football team. wow, all this at 10 years old.this weekend is joe and i’s getaway to wellsboro and i can’t WAIT! papa is coming down from new york to watch the kids all weekend. we will probably leave friday around 3:30 and come home sunday morning sometime. i can’t wait to reconnect with him. and ya’all know i’m going to take tons of pics!well…it’s official…i got a promotion and will now be moving to another office in the next two weeks or so. i’m excited, happy and sooooo sad to leave the awesome people i work with back in this office (minus a few). but change is good right?out for now~kisses

prayers please

i’m asking again for prayers…last night staci (cflattop) husband suddenly passed away. they were high school sweethearts and were married 14 years and had two daughters. donations can be made on her blog to help cover funeral expenses. and if nothing else, please lift this family up in prayers.

thanks for the hair love girls…the more i see it the more i love it. and yes kerri, i can still pull it up…that is a must girl ha ha. i just felt like my old hair was dragging me down and it had no style to it at all.

i realized it’s been a loooooong time since we’ve had some layout love on here sooo i’m going to post some of my recent lo’s.

we had a fun weeked…i love spending time with the fam. friday night we hung out at home and watched our fav shows…ghost whisperer and moonlight. the kids SO love ghost whisperer. saturday was dance class in the morning then we cleaned in the afternoon and went to the funeral home in the evening, our neighbor passed away from breast cancer, so sad. yesterday mom and i took the kids to altoona and shopped all day. it’s been a long time since we had a shopping day, so fun!!!!joe starts his new job tomorrow….woo hoo!!! we would sooooo love some prayers for him. this is a job we have been praying for him to get for years now and if finally happened, such a blessing.out for now~kisses
