Forever Beloved

Today’s thankful post is easy. I am thankful for everyone who has served our country in the Armed Forces. I am proud to count so many people in my life as veterans – my father, my brother, both my brother-in-laws, members of my church family and so many friends are all veterans.

I am especially thankful for our freedom; freedom that would not exist without the courage and selflessness of the U.S. military.  Thank you for your selflessness, thank you for your sacrifices, thank you for your commitment and thank you for your bravery.

Today I am thankful for being able to hold this amazing mans hand during worship.  It’s one of my fav things about Sunday mornings.  Super love listening to God’s word with him beside me.  It’s the little things like this that are big things to me.

Today I am thankful for that still small voice.  Thankful that He speaks value, love and worth into my heart and encourages me to be who He designed me to be. I’m thankful for discernment and that familiar tug on my heart gently guiding me.  And I’m so so so thankful He never gives up on this slow learner.
