Happy hump day ya’all! Sooooo glad it’s Wednesday, they make me happy for some reason. They mean only TWO more full days of work and then it’s the weekend. They mean the kids have “Jesus” tonight and I will get 1 hour to do what EVAH I want. They mean that I get to see who goes home on American Idol (hoping Sanjaya goes).

I ordered a little slice of happiness from Elsies Etsy shop today. Here is what I ordered except I got it in red. I’m planning on redoing my scraproom soon and really want RED to be on of my main colors. And what is more inspiring than a print by Miss Elsie herself??? And those of you that know me well know that it will be framed and on the wall the SAME day I get it. And no, none of ya’all are allowed to touch it or drool on it – for reals.

Such an awesome forecast today – SNOW! And little Mr. Joey was SO MAD that Mama would not let him wear flip flops and shorts today. It even initiated a big stomping fit up the steps. These kids are so ready for spring, will it ever get here?

Love this awesome card catalog generator. How fun is it to make your OWN card…I loved it. Here is the link. Although I have to admit that it took me a while to learn the dewey decimal system as a kid. I was better at it then geography though, yeow, I just STINK at geography. Dont even ASK me where certain states are. Joe always says that I have my own little “Amy map” in my mind of where things are, lol. We watched the movie ’50 First Dates’ and at the end of the movie it shows them sailing from Alaska to Hawaii…I could NOT figure out how they did that. In my mind Hawaii was off the coast of the state of Washington. And Alaska, ha, I had it off the East Coast up by Canada. See, that is my own Amy map in my mind.

The kids got to play outside last night but they were mad that I made them wear their winter coats. This weather and snow, ugh…and it looks as if it’s here for the rest of this week. And to think that a little over a week ago we were wearing capris and sandels. Is Spring EVER going to come??? I am really ready to play in my flowers and pond.

Welp, out for now. If I think of anything else I’ll be back.
