we had a wonderful weekend…we took a little mini vaca to end our summer…friday we went to wellsboro and the kids LOVED it…joey asked if we could move there, lol…we ate lunch at the diner, FAB as always…and we just enjoyed the drive and being with each other…i love listening to my littles giggle in the back seat…
when we got to wellsboro we went to the grand canyon straight away…they have a visitors center with stuffed animals from the region…WELL, color my kids happy ♥…of course that presented lots of photo ops…
after we checked out the canyon we noticed a statue on the way back to our car…again i had some happy littles…give us a camera and a statue and we can have a GREAT time…i was laughing so hard sometimes i couldn’t even take the picture…and almost peed my pants a few times…
saturday we had a cookout (spiedies, YUMMO) with my brothers and their families…we had a GREAT time!! this is a pic of my little brothers and me…i wish i got to see them more often
later in the afternoon we went and met papa alan and his family for dinner…i have tons of pics from that too BUT i didn’t have time to edit them all last night…guess that is a good post for tomorrow…
yesterday we got up early and headed out…i had canning to do when we got home (salsa and stewed tomatoes) and i knew i had work to catch up on from gypsy tree…it stunk getting back to the real world after such a great weekend away, boo…
