fall and halloween are such a fun time of year around our house…i just really enjoy every single thing from when the leaves begin to turn clear up until christmas…totally my FAV time of year!!! around halloween we always try to keep up with most of our “cutler traditions”…we carve pumpkins, watch TONS of scary movies, roast pumpkin seeds, decorate our house and go trick or treating.
wednesday evening we did some pumpkin carving…it made this mama so happy to know her “almost” teenager didn’t think he was too old to carve a pumpkin. i can remember when i was little how much i enjoyed carving pumpkins with my mama…and how fun it was to get my hands in the ooey gooey guts and pull them out. i hope my kids always remember these fun times we’ve had together…

friday night we went to a family halloween party that friends of ours had. joe was jason voorhees/penndot worker, i was the bride of chucky, joey was the pig head from saw and jade was a dead prom girl. we had a GREAT time…i hadn’t been to a halloween party in years…
jade still wasn’t feeling her best and was in NO mood for her picture taken…can you tell?
